My specialty is in Organizational Communication. In addition, I also teach upper-division courses in Small Group Communication; Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Team Building, Conflict Management and Negotiation; and Experiential Learning. Further, I teach foundational courses such as Intro to Public Speaking and Intro to Interpersonal Communication. I am also assigned to a number of college of initiatives, such as contributing courses to UF Quest and CLAS Beyond120 program. Lastly, I engage in service activities within the university and college at all levels.
